Discover why the Kelso Tumbler 15 oz 2-Pack makes an ideal travel companion for kids and adults alike. Learn about its leak-proof design, fun character options, and practical tips for choosing the right one.
Quick answer
The Kelso Tumbler 15 oz 2-Pack is a smart travel companion because its built-in valve stops spills even when tipped, and the 2-pack gives you a backup for outings or daycare.
Why a leak-proof design matters for travel
When you're on the go—whether in the car, at the park, or at daycare—the last thing you want is a wet bag or a sticky car seat. The Kelso Tumbler's silicone sipper spout has a built-in valve that stops water from flowing when no one is drinking. That means your child can drink easily, but the tumbler won't make a mess if it gets knocked over.
Choosing the right character or design
The Kelso Tumbler 15 oz 2-Pack comes in several themed options, including Sesame Street, Minnie Mouse, PAW Patrol Skye, and an Underwater design. Each features the same leak-proof technology, so your choice comes down to your child's favorite character. The 2-pack format means you can keep one at home and one in the diaper bag, or let siblings each have their own.
How to decide if the Kelso Tumbler 15 oz 2-Pack is right for you
- Leak-proof priority: If your main concern is preventing spills during travel or at daycare, the Kelso Tumbler's valve system is a reliable choice. No need to worry about leaks in your bag.
- Volume needs: At 15 oz, this tumbler holds enough water for a typical day out for a toddler or young child. For older kids or longer trips, consider a larger insulated option if you want to keep drinks cold longer. If your child needs more than 15 oz, look for an insulated tumbler with a larger capacity.
- Temperature retention: The Kelso Tumbler is not insulated, so it won't keep drinks cold or hot for extended periods. It's best for water or room-temperature beverages during short outings. If you need to keep drinks cold for hours, choose an insulated tumbler instead.
